We only stayed a couple of days over Christmas due to some holiday reschedules and I am very glad I bumped into Federico's place. He is one of those super hosts who make you feel home immediately. Friendly and super accommodating, he gave us some tips to get around town in such a busy period of the year and helped us planning the remaining of our stay in Sicily. His place was spotless clean and very cozy. Although we did not use all the facilities (we would have loved to have a Christmas lunch in his back garden but again, we were not organised enough due to the last minute reschedule) we are already thinking to come back for our spring holidays next year. The location of the house is great: you not only sleep in the quietest place on earth but can also walk into town through a pleasant walk by the seafront. I could not recommend this place enough. Wonderful outside patios front & back We enjoyed our stay here. It is quite close to the downtown & a bit of a walk to the beach. They were so nice to provide us with some essentials like a great bottle of wine & a large bottle of water. Un petit chemin nous amène à 10 minutes à pied du bord de mer, compter 25 minutes pour atteindre le centre de Cefalù. Merci à Frederico pour son accueil. L’appartamento è spazioso, ideale anche per 5 persone, è comodo, confortevole e dotato di tutto. Gli spazi esterni come si vede dalle foto sono il vero punto forte! Abbiamo fatto delle ottime cene in giardino usando il barbecue e la cucina esterna. Io e il mio compagno abbiamo usato la macchina pochissimo perche grazie a una scorciatoia si puo accedere in pochi minuti a piedi al lungomare/ spiaggia/ centro di Cefalu. Il proprietario Federico è stato molto gentile, ben organizzato e veloce, è davvero disponibile e ci ha dato ottimi consigli sui locali divCefalu e dei dintorni. Lo consiglio a tutti! ##### angela g.
