Villa Olivella is provided with high quality furniture and equipment, a Private Pool, a terrace facing a large garden with olives and other mediterranean vegetation, located at only a few minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Capo Plaia, just next to Cefalù.

The pool is next to the house and is equipped with sun loungers, sun umbrellas, an outside shower and a nice equipped patio, a cool place where to enjoy a glass of wine!
The garden surrounds the villa with grass, trees, flowers and plants. The garden is entirely fenced and secure so safe for children. Free Wi-Fi, a barbecue and a private parking for 2 cars are also available.
The villa is composed as following:
- a large Living Room with Dining area,
- a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer,
-3 bedrooms of which two doubles and one twin,
- 2 full bathrooms with shower enclosure.
Outside there are two terraces, one in the back equipped with a large table & chairs where you can have meals al fresco; the other terrace is at the entrance of the house, facing the pool area and equipped as a lounge area.
If you are 2 families or a large group of friends you will have also the possibility to rent the villa next door, actually a twin villa with the same quality, facilities, features (own private pool, own garden, own terraces, etc.) and completely independent to ensure privacy but at the same time close enough to spend a holiday all together! The villa is located at only a few minutes drive from Cefalu, in a quite area. Several amenities such as Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, are available within very short driving distances. There is also an Aquapark and SPA-fitness center at a couple minutes drive.

Palermo is reachable in just 40 minutes drive and many other interesting places are also within short driving distances. The Park of Madonies with all its footpaths and typical villages is just behind the corner.
The near motorway junction will also allow you to make day trips to all other parts of Sicily.

OUR EMERGENCY CANCELLATION POLICY WILL GIVE YOU RIGHT TO CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:
• 70% REFUND
We will refund 70% of the advance payments, plus you keep 100% of the final payment due on arrival
• 100% CREDIT
You will get a credit of 100% of the paid amounts at the time of cancellation which you can use to reschedule your reservation at any time, up to one year from the original dates, PLUS :
• The credit can be transferred to a friend or relative in case you are unable to use it
• Price is locked, in case the rates increase before you confirm the new dates
• You can exchange the credit with a refund up to 70%* should you change your mind or be forced to cancel again

The Emergency Cancellation Policy set above will be applied only if emergency travel restrictions are officially in place in either your Country or in Sicily and it’s valid up to 30 days before the arrival date (extendable by paying an extra, please contact us for more info), after that we may still consider a partial refund/credit, to be determined case by case. The policy may be exceptionally applied also for flight cancelled by the carrier due to sanitary emergency, subject to our approval (evidences will be required). Refunds and credits refer to paid amounts except any website’s booking/service/administrative fees (which are refunded at the website’s discretion). The policy is valid for bookings in 2021.
*The exchange for a refund will be available until 90 days from the new booking’s arrival date. The amount of the refund will decrease progressively from 70% to 20% as the 90 days limit approaches.
