The apartment, located on the 3rd floor of a residential building overlooking Cefalù, offers with its large terrace an extraordinary view of the beautiful Norman town and the sea. Despite being less than 1 km away from the center, the train station and the sea, the apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area, ideal for those who want to relax away from the noise and traffic of the city.
It is also an excellent solution for those arriving by car as the apartment has private parking and is only 50 meters from the city bus stop.
The apartment is fully furnished, has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. It consists of a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven ....., a living room with sofa bed, relaxation area (TV, DVD, books) and dining area, a bedroom with bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a single bed and a further bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine. The apartment is very bright and airy and is on the third floor without a elevator.

Guests will be welcomed by the Host upon arrival at the property for the delivery of the keys and for the necessary information, and will also be reachable by telephone and available for any need.

L’appartamento, ubicato al 3 piano di una palazzina residenziale che domina Cefalù, offre con il suo ampio terrazzo una straordinaria vista sulla splendida cittadina normanna e sul mare. Nonostante sia distante meno di 1 km dal centro, dalla stazione ferroviaria e dal mare, l’appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi lontano dai rumori e dal traffico cittadino.
Inoltre è un’ottima soluzione per chi arriva in macchina in quanto l’appartamento è dotato di parcheggio privato ed è a soli 50 metri dalla fermata del bus cittadino.
L’appartamento è completamente arredato, è dotato di aria condizionata e Wi-Fi gratuito. È composto da una cucina dotata di lavastoviglie, frigorifero, forno a microonde....., un soggiorno con divano letto, zona relax ( TV, DVD, libri) e zona pranzo, una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno dotato di doccia, una camera con letto singolo e un ulteriore bagno con doccia, bidet e lavatrice. L’appartamento è molto luminoso e ventilato ed è al terzo piano senza ascensore.
