Beautiful property set about an 8 minute walk from the old town and beach. Downhill going and uphill on the way back. Also a short walk from the train station. The staff were amazing. Lovely room and staff

There are three key things that made our stay here so enjoyable. Firstly, it is a beautiful, boutique hotel with an attention to detail in the stylish, comfortable and well-equipped rooms. Secondly, we hadn’t quite realised how perfectly placed the location of the hotel was. It is ideally located to take in Palermo and a moments walk away from the square at the centre of all the action. First off, the location is great! This is a really nice area of Palermo, with loads of designer shops around, as well as nice bars and restaurants. It's a 6 min walk from Teatro Politeama, where you can get on and off the airport shuttle bus and most day trips start from there too. It's about 20 min walk to the old town centre straight down the main road (Via Libertà). Super easy. Family run and very friendly and helpful with check in and storing luggage after check out. The room was very clean and breakfast was also delicious! Only complaint is that the shower didn't drain properly and the hot water was a bit intermittent, but this is a minor issue. Lovely property and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend

Lovely Villa

Wonderful hotel. Ticked all the boxes for us - location, helpful staff, enormous breakfast choice. Our room was overlooking the main road, which was busy and noisy in the mornings, that was the only negative point.

Very central in the town, not far from the sea. Arrangements for parking and transport to the hotel worked very well. Attractive room with small balcony over the street.

A really good hotel, excellent room with balcony overlooking the marina. Great breakfasts on lawn overlooking the sea. Good location near Cefalu - 15/20 min stroll into the town. Staff very helpful. We are looking to go back next year.
