Waterfront with private dock, hottub, & swim mat, 3 miles to the Beach.

Romantic or Family getaway, this home has it all. Hot tub, fire pit, private dock with Boat lift and unbelievable sunsets over the beautiful waterway. Relax, swim, play, kayak, etc, you will never be bored. We provide a swim mat for endless fun. Large parking area behind the home. Bring your boat or rent our kayaks and visit Sharks tooth island (1/4 mile away) or go spend the day at a beautiful sandbar! 3 miles to beaches, 13 miles to Camp Lejeune,15 miles to Aquarium & Fort Macon.

Every room in this home has beautiful views. The master bedroom has one entire wall of windows from where you can see the Intracoastal waterway. Desk can also be used as an office. Kitchen is open to the dining area with a table and chairs. We provide a pack n play, a high chair, toys, & games for the little people. Our home does sit on a busy road, but once you pull in the driveway you feel completely secluded.

Downtown Swansboro is 1/4 mile away. If you have a boat you can drive to Swansboro, tie the boat to the dock and enjoy a delicious meal. If you pull a boat, getting into the driveway with a trailer can be a little tricky but it can be done. We have pulled our 20ft dually, even a 32ft camper in there. 3 miles to Emerald Isle beach, 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. Every now and then on a King Tide the water can rise to about an inch on the driveway, but recedes quickly with the tide change.
I. The washer and dryer are located in the bunk house next to the main house. It is included with your rental.
II. There is a full size futon and twin bed, Window AC unit, and full bathroom in the bath house that you are able to use. We recently installed a 120` projector screen for your enjoyment.
III. Swimming is recommended on the right side and at the end of the dock. The current is very strong at times. We require anyone 14 and under to wear life-jackets. No diving allowed. Lastly, it can get very shallow on the sides of the dock at low-tide.

Space was overall great. Master suite was exactly what I needed for getting ready for our wedding for all the bridespeople and even held the reception here because the living room was big enough as well as the private driveway which was huge! Property has a private dock which was lovely and even a hot tub. The hose was very responsive and professional. We did run into dirty sheets and an unclean fridge but the host was apologetic and overall was a good experience. Would book with them again.

Stayed for one night for a short business trip. Hot tub was much needed for relaxing after our day and the living area was very inviting to sit and talk and play games. Great little spot for what we needed!

This property, had everything we needed. Fishing for my husband, and grandkids. Kayaking and paddle boarding. Fire pit for s’mores, and a hot tub to relax in at the end of the day. We saw dolphins most of the days we were there. This property was prefect for our vacation.

Loved it!

Lived nearby the property a few years back and had a retirement ceremony to attend on base. It was just my dog and I, and it couldn’t have been any better! It was in a great location, clean and spacious, and the next time I have a reason to head back to NC I will definitely hope to stay here again… highly recommended!

Great fishing trip destination

We stayed at this property for our annual kayak fishing trip in Swansboro and the place out great for us. The large living room separated from the kitchen by a bar was a great place to gather while some of us were cooking up the day's catch. The location was perfect for our needs and offered plenty of parking for our group. Jonathan was very responsive and even checked in with us mid-trip to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely consider renting this property again next year.

Graduation Staycation

Perfect house for my daughter’s high school graduation celebration! Our family and friends sat out on the dock to enjoy the beautiful views of the sunset! Nice place, great owners

The location is great for going to Swansboro or to the beach and the house is cute. The dock is perfect for fishing. It was a perfect place to celebrate my mom’s birthday with the family. Owners are extremely communicative and helpful. Highway noise can be a lot in the morning, so take earplugs if you’re a late sleeper, but I will definitely be returning.

It checked all of our boxes!

This place checked all of our boxes and we enjoyed our stay! The club house was a great place for the kids to unwind and stay-up watching movies and playing games, while the adults conversed in peace inside the house. The dock was great for fishing and swimming and we enjoyed kayaking out about. It is located on a busy street and can be a little loud during the day, but it was quiet at night. The house had many amenities such as games, cooking appliances, utensils, spices, pot and pans, etc. Thanks for a great vacation!

50th birthday celebration!

Simply amazing place. The host were quite quick to respond to all of our questions. We pulled up to island music playing and snacks for our family on the island. They have all the spices needed to cook, bake and make coffee. This home is delightful, the bunk house offered us all a nice place to play together. The dock was peaceful the hot tub really allowed us to have some down time. The host thought of it all. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

This house was very spacious for my family!It was in a great location, close to the beach.We loved the boat dock because we fished right off of it. We honestly had more luck there than the pier, but the pier is very close to the house which was great!The place was overall very clean.We ran into some issues with a couple of blankets having stains.We requested replacement and had different ones within an hour which was great.Communication was quick and easy with no issues.One thing of warning is we went during a time it rained a few times.The entrance to the house does not have a cover over the entrance way so when it rains, water goes into the entrance making it a mess all over the floor.Overall we loved this place and would be happy to come back again some time!You will enjoy it!

I stayed here for my wedding along with my bridal party. Jonathan communicated with me multiple times leading up to our stay to let us know about flooding issues at the property and was able to arrange an alternate place for us to stay, and stayed in communication with us throughout the weekend to make sure everything went smoothly. I appreciated him going above and beyond and making sure we had everything that we needed. The space was clean, there was ample parking, and we were close to everything that we needed for the weekend.

Dock life

We had a great time. We have 4 kids under 7 and they all enjoyed the dock and the house. It is a small beach house but the location is awesome. We caught tons of fish, swam, and hung at the beach. There is a fence in the backyard that you can put a kayak in front of to block kids from going on the dock unsupervised. They left some kids toys and a booster chair for us which was clutch. Great place and the owners were constantly checking in to see if we needed anything

Cedar Point weekend

The house is conveniently located between the beaches and the mainland wedding activities we needed to attend. Morning coffee and evening sunsets on the dock did not disappoint. We even watched dolphins on two separate occasions. We made good use of the kitchen—it had all the supplies we needed. Plenty of seating. The bunkhouse beds are more appropriate for kids. The young adult couple in our group slept there, but I am not sure they were very comfortable. We were a group of 8–more would have been a very tight squeeze. Overall, a great weekend stay.
