If something bad was to happen to you during your trip, hotel doesn't provide any support. I asked for the room service to be done and on the third day the turned up. We went out on the second day and came Back 4 hours later but no cleaning done. After I complained the excuse was they were upstairs and was coming down to clean it. They were on our floor when we went out cleaning the room next to ours and the one opposite. So why not clean while there.
