It's about a 20 minute walk to SM city mall or a short taxi ride there. Staff were friendly and efficient while checking us into the room. The room was clean, comfortable, and adequate size. Good tv channel selection. When we sat down at the breakfast room we were not offered a choice of breakfast. The server brought my Filipino partner a rice based breakfast, and they served myself, who is a foreigner a bread based breakfast. It was a decent breakfast but my only suggestion is for the server to give people a choice and not assume what a guest would prefer based on their skin color. Robinson's mall is less than a 5 minute walk away. SM mall is approximately a 15 min walk away. We felt safe in the area walking around in the day time. We were granted late checkout for an additional 100 Pisos per extra hour. ##### Verified traveller ### 2/10 Terrible #### Charles 7 May 2018 Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort The pictures from the hotel DO NOT look the same as the actual room. While I was taking a shower, the water cut off. There was no warm water. The staff was friendly but not helpful. Good location next to Robinson’s Galleriea. Free breakfast was decent.
