Nice neighborhood, in walking distance to Ayala Mall (I walked 20 minutes). Some coffee shops are around and the hotel itself has a coffee shop as well. The room was clean and in a good condition, equipped with a small safe. Body wash and shampoo are provided and room cleaning is done upon request.
Staffs are nice, friendly and polite, I felt safe and secured all the time that I very much appreciated.
While I was quite satisfied with my stay, following is my experience. My room was on the ground floor, literally next to the coffee shop and the back entrance for operational use. During the day you may hear the crowd from the coffee shop, in the late night/early morning you may hear the janitors working hard. If you need a quiet night, you may want to consider requesting them to assign a room on an upper floor.
Overall, a satisfactory stay.
