There is no A/C in the unit and even though it’s on the coast it gets warm in the unit, ceiling fans would definitely help. The appliances are outdated, old style coffee pot, old low end fridge, coil style stove ect. Our fridge was leaking water into the unit below us and they had to send a plumber in to cap it off while we were there, by the look of the floor under it, it’s been that way for a while. The beds are decent, but could be better, water pressure in the shower was weak and super slow to heat. So in summary this place has so much potential to be outstanding, location is perfect with great views and the layout is good but we really expected better. ##### Michael V.
