Discover this 40 m² duplex flat, ideally located on the 1st floor without lift, close to the centre of CAUTERETS, shops, restaurants and cable cars. It comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (combined fridge, induction hob, built-in oven, etc.). Upstairs there is a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a second bedroom with a 90x190 bunk bed. For your convenience, the flat also has a shower room and separate toilet.
