hotel and surprisingly all the staff are very attentive, friendly, providing top notch service no less than ( or even better? ) some familiar and big hotel brands. The atmosphere is upscale and very comfortable . Daily breakfast buffet has small selection but it’s perfect for anyone who prefers quality over quantity. I personally loved their self serve laundry room. A must for a longer trip. Super convenient location, only 5 minutes walk from Causeway Bay MTR...

"Very good hotel. Nice rooms in a good location with nice bay and park views. They have a very nice rooftop bar and restaurants but it is practically not available to hotel guests. Hotel guests do not have any priority to get it and it is mostly used by locals who are not hotel guest. Very disappointing because we booked this hotel hoping to enjoy the rooftop. We complained to management and eventually they gave us access to the rooftop only one night. They need to find a way to give priority to...
