Ideal for immersing yourself in Catanese art and culture, a few steps from the main attractions, in one of the most picturesque corners of Sicily.

The property includes two exclusive Suites, each with a double bedroom: one features a comfortable French bed, while the other boasts a large queen-size bed.

Located in a private area of the building, these suites offer maximum privacy from the other shared spaces, ideal for those wishing to isolate themselves from the rest of the family or friends.

Both suites enjoy a private double exposure with charming views of the Duomo.

The living room is very bright and has direct access to the balcony with views of the Duomo and Via Garibaldi.

Furnished with typical Sicilian elements. Equipped with a dining table and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people (120x190).

Thanks to the 40’’ 4K Smart TV with Netflix, Youtube, etc., you can enjoy an evening of entertainment. (The service is included in the living room TV).

There are 2 bathrooms:

1 bathroom for exclusive use of the bedroom.
1 windowed bathroom shared.
The bathrooms are welcoming and have wall coverings.

Equipped with a very spacious shower cabin, sanitary facilities, and a courtesy kit with shampoo and shower gel, and a hairdryer.
