The property is located a short distance from Villa Bellini and the Angelo Massimo Stadium, in an area with all amenities, including bars, shops, and restaurants. The city centre is about a 15-minute walk away. The apartment features 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms, a balcony, and a large, furnished terrace.

The apartment is located near Via Etnea, just a few minutes’ walk from key amenities, including a pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. By public transport or, alternatively, on foot, you can reach all the city’s main points of interest, such as Piazza del Duomo and the Cathedral of Sant’Agata, the historic local market, the Benedictine monastery, Ursino Castle, the Greek-Roman Theatre, the Vincenzo Bellini Opera House, and the garden of the same name.

As you stroll through the city’s streets, you’ll come across numerous bars, restaurants, and pastry shops where you can enjoy the renowned cuisine and typical regional products, famous throughout Italy and around the world.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, provided there are no other guests checking in or out. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival.
