"This was a very nice hotel with a great pool area and a convenient location in Catania—right by the sea and close to the airport. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. However, we did encounter two issues. Although the property has a restaurant, the operating hours were not convenient for us, as it was only open from 1:00–2:30 p.m. and then again at 8:00 p.m. In addition, there was no access to the hotel’s beach in May; we were told it doesn’t open until June unless you’re willing to walk about 20 minutes down the road."

There is no one at the front desk from 10am to 8am. The street noise level, at lease in some rooms, is very loud. I was surprised the room did not come with a noise machine and ear plugs. One source stated airport shuttle - no such shuttle - they call you a taxi. The room itself is very very basic - nothing luxurious. "
