The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. I did quite a bit of printing off my usb at no extra cost. He didn't speak English which was fine as I like to practice my dreadful Italian as much as I can. The room was ok, clean but for some reason had a bad case of tiny ants crawling all over the floor. The mattress was very lumpy but I managed to find a comfy position nevertheless. I would say that was my one criticism. No English channels on the tv so if you are a news junkie you're better off using a strong wifi.
