Overall very nice and comfortable hotel. The staff were helpful, the room was spacious. We were told the swimming pool was closed which was disappointing. Breakfast included a large variety of food and was satisfying.

The reception staff were very good and helpful. They even ordered an extra shuttle for us because all the early times were full. The restaurant staff were very irritable an unhelpful. They told us we could only have 1 type of wine after giving us a large booklet of wines. It turned out that only one wine came by the glass. But he just shook his head at us. Would not tell us what the desserts were. He let me look at the case for one minute and made me sit down. Extremely rude, I have more examples, too The room was super large, nice and clean but we had to put our luggage on the bed and use the small bedside reading lamps to see inside our suitcases. The bedroom had two small table lamps and the two small reading lamps.

Perfect if you have an early am flight or layover and need to be close to airport. Room very clean and comfy bed/pillows. Restaurant food good. Even a resident Kitty! And free shuttle to airport at 5am in 10 minutes priceless. Pool nice but off parking lot. Not much to do and not much ambiance but adequate and good value.

Very big room. Nothing to walk to. Dirty floor. Run down. Expensive. For a small Town hotel, was pricey. Shuttle was great. Not walkable at all to anywhere.

This was a last minute booking and I am so happy I chose it. It was perfect. Super close to the airport (with free shuttle service available) and an extremely helpful staff. The location isn’t great for getting around the city but it’s convenient and our room was very big and clean. The hotel itself was very clean with an onsight restaurant.

The shuttle service starts at 5 Am and if you have an earlier flight you need to take a taxi which can cost e 25 for a short drive. We took an Uber that was half. Hotel is good and its is a good choice for an overnight.

We had an early flight home after our holiday. So we decided to spend the night before in this hotel. We arrived at about 6 P.M. Getting our room key was easy. Room was perfect! Afterwards a drink outside on the terrace. Then dining in the restaurant. Tasty food and drinks and very nice waiters. Price - quality was good. After a short night at 5 A.M. the hotel shuttle bus to the airport: a piece of cake! Next time in Sicily we probably will make the same choice!

Obviously, the convenience to the airport is worth a higher rate but the room was not clean and the bedding was absolutely gross. It looked like the bed covering had never been cleaned. Would not stay here again.

Near the airport; not a great value

It all feels a little run down. On the positive side, the staff at the front desk were very professional and responsive. Additional towels we needed arrived promptly. However the carpets need a good clean, the curtains had holes in them. Overall, in need of sprucing up. It seemed an especially poor value; the high tariff reflective of a lack of competition close to the airport. Breakfast included was OK, just OK.

Room was large, clean, very minimalist, nice view of Etna, and quiet. Ideal for airport. Phoning for transfer was simple - as was organising transfer back to departures next morning. Breakfast was typical Sicilian- loads of sweet stuff. Scarcity of fruit - (couldn’t find any actually) Dinner was expensive, scarcity of veg & not available until 19:30 (bit late for me when travelling) Bed and pillows very firm. No kettle/courtesy tray but a fridge with water👍 The room rate was very fair so I didn’t have high expectations. Ideal for a night strop whilst travelling.
