The room is very nice and spacious. Comfortable bed and very good bathroom facilities. We didn't have the breakfast option so can't comment on that but the host is very considerate so it would probably be good It was lovely to stay in a traditional Sicilian house. 50 steps to the front door so if you aren't physically fit, this might not be for you. Close to the bus station and the train station. Can't comment on parking.

About 50 steps to get up to the room, which we didnt know. With heavy suitcases, it would have been nice to know this ahead of time. AC and lights are controlled by a key and when you leave the room, the AC turns off. Takes about 30 minutes to cool off again. Only one small mirror in entire room and towels were very rough. Breakfast is not inside the building of the B&B, you have to walk down the street to a cafe. There is an electrical shortage on the unit outside on the balcony, so we couldn't go out there. Very disappointed and would not refer anyone here.

This B+B was ok just to sleep in thats all.
The breakfast at this b+b was very poor and you had to go out to a restaurant to have breakfast. The breakfast was a hot drink, one cake, and a fruit juice this is not breakfast.

Very nice but you ear the neighbors. Breakfast is outside of the hotel. Carmelo, the owner, is very friendly

The Expedia description of this bed and breakfast says "Along with a restaurant, this bed & breakfast has a spa tub and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking is free. Other amenities include tour/ticket assistance and multilingual staff. " There is no restaurant, no hot tub, and no parking. (The owner tells you to find a space to park on the nearby streets, which took us nearly an hour as it was a Saturday evening.)The "multi-lingual staff" is the owner, who lives elsewhere and leaves the premises once all guests have arrived, so there is certainly not a 24 hour front desk. The property is difficult to find: there is no sign, just a 10cms plaque on the wall that is very easy to miss. Breakfast is just a voucher for a small coffee and croissant at a nearby café. The location is good and the rooms are fine, but the total inaccuracy of the description means you do not get what you think you have paid for.
