Alles in Allem o.k., leider liegt die Wohnung im Souterrain. Kochen ist in der Küche auch nicht ganz einfach, da diese sehr klein ist. Die Küche liegt innen und verfügt nur über einen Umluftabzug, welcher in keinster weise ausreichend ist. Die Terasse ist somit im eigentlichen Sinn nicht vorhanden (wegen der Kellerlage). In den Garten geht es die Treppe hoch, allerdings war das betreten des Gartens verboten. Das Schwimmbad der Eingentümergemeinschaft war auch noch nicht verfügbar, kein Wasser im Becken (angeblich erst zw. Juni und Okt.). Ganz klarer Vorteil, man hat einen eigenen Parkplatz. Außerdem ist die gesamte Anlage umzäunt und Zutritt ist nach 20.00 Uhr nur mit Funkschlüssel möglich.
