The most beautiful, well finished hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was a great size, staff so pleasant and helpful and the amenities top class. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. The views here Ha Long Bay are an added bonus and the hotel ensure the beach area is kept pristine and clean. 10/10

We stayed for 2 days and 1 night in March 2026 and had a truly memorable experience. The cruise felt refined, well-organised and very comfortable, with beautiful views throughout the journey. The cabin was elegant and spacious, the food was very good, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. The crew made everything feel smooth and effortless, which allowed us to simply relax and enjoy the scenery. A premium and well-executed way to experience Ha Long Bay. Highly recommended.

Amazing gym, ocean view

We had room 1602 in the middle building...it has to have the best view from a hotel suite on the planet. The hotel buildings are right on the beach and there is a nice (easy) walk around the cliffs to the town. The waterfront area of the town is currently (2025) a huge land reclaiming building site. 3 day 2 night Halong bay cruise. Boat was amazing much like a super yacht. Crew and tour staff were fantastic, all very professional, polite, friendly and always wanting to make sure we were having a great time. Food excellent, entertainment, memorable. A full itinerary of trips and things to do. The time flew by. 100% recommend L’amour cruise. Definitely 2 nights if you can afford it.

We had a fantastic stay onboard Genesis regal cruise. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too.much trouble. The food was delicious and plentiful. The activities were well run and always on time. You could choose to do everything on offer, or skip those you were not so interested in. Whenever you returned back to the ship from an activity, staff were there to welcome you back on board and hand you a refreshing drink. I really cannot fault it in any way and would love to return...

Tallest building in town with a great rooftop bar and pool for sunsets. Despite a few negative reviews on here, I found it fine. Getting a little dated, but perfectly acceptable. Great location in the middle of the strip. You can probably get cheaper or a nicer place but overall this will be a tough combo to beat.

Excellent upmarket hotel, modern and sleek equipped with good amenities, located on top of steep road making it not ideal to walk around though, well presented reception staff but somewhat disorganised at the check-in hence in need of some improvement, all amenities very good, breakfast is a delightful buffet serving wide ranging menus appealing to every palate. Great hotel, stayed here purely for the cruise around halong bay, and would definitely stay here again. had an amazing spa as a bonus. Highly recommend.
