Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.

Stayed 5 nights. Tina via WhatsApp looked after us with reservations for dinners, things to see locally and big day trips. She is a star!!
And also everything else about the hotel was amazing. Breakfast, lunch and dinner + the roof top bar. I will be back!
