Very helpful staff, prices were not too bad, room was very clean and cold, you get jasmine tea when you check in.

Hotel breakfast bar was the best I have had in Vietnam. Spectacular shower in the deluxe suite. Staff was very helpful. Hotel room’s power shuts off when you leave the room. So electronic devices cannot be charged. And the AC shuts off resulting in a damp and humid room with really wet floors. Enough to slip on.

Fantastic location with good amenities.

Staff is overall pleasant and responsive. We had two hours of waiting after check out before transfer came and Doorman noticed us sitting in lobby and asked if need taxi. Told him wait time and he got us iced tea… Room has a small balcony with great view of Sapa valley and Moana statue/park when it is not foggy. Buffet breakfast is very good and good varieties. The hotel restaurant has good dishes and comparable prices to outside restaurants. It is located downhill just outside of city center which means walking into center is uphill! Overall very nice hotel for price.

Fantastic location with good amenities.

First the positives Hotel is in a good location. Staff was courteous and helpful. As for the value for money you can get better hotels. By North American standards this is a rundown Motel if you have to compare. I got swayed by lots of positive reviews about the Hotel not sure about the quality of people reviewing. The room was too small. The Air conditioner was not cooling down properly even on the lowest setting which is 17. Takes about 3 hours for the room to cool down when it is super hot. Cant complain about the location convenient for Shopping and lots of food choices around. Will I consider coming back to this hotel? no way!

The hotel and its property is well kept, big factor is its a new boutique. 2nd day didn’t have buffet which was a surprised cause it’s supposed to be daily. staff are helpful and speaks english (most of them, not all)
