"Worst hostel yet. After check-in a blanket and pillow were thrown into my arms and I was told to go upstairs after they gave me a bed number. I wondered all around the different dorm rooms eventually finding my bed. The worst was the overall cleanliness and the breakfast, which was revolting."

"Where do I start. We arrive at the hotel and are told that we don't have a room. We told to go look somewhere else as there was nothing they could do. I told them this was unacceptable and insisted that I get a refund or a room, finally the manager started to phone another hotel.
