The fully equipped private kitchen includes a coffee machine, and additional amenities feature high-speed WiFi for video calls, private television, private washing machine, private fan, and a dedicated workspace. The villa provides step-free access and offers beautiful mountain views.  
  
Step outside to your private garden filled with olive trees, palms, and Mediterranean plants surrounding your private outdoor pool with internal access stairs, perfect for families with children. You can enjoy 1 private uncovered terrace and 2 private covered terraces, along with a private grill and outdoor shower with hot water. A complete outdoor kitchen in the garden area provides additional cooking space alongside a large barbecue ideal for grilling and shared meals.  
  
Parking includes 2 shared on-site spaces and parking available in the street. Events are not allowed on the property.  
  
Villa Lory is located on Via Monte Cannas within the quiet and private Genne Spina complex, just 3 km from the sea. This strategic position allows you to reach the most beautiful beaches of Southeast Sardinia within minutes, including Cala Sinzias, Monte Turnu, Costa Rei, and Villasimius.
