Ideal per visitar tota la zona nord de Sardenya, on la tranquil·litat es molt alta. No disposa d'aire condicionat, però hi ha ventiladors per refrigerar la vivenda. A les instal·lacions els hi faria falta una posta al dia, TV en particular. Habitacions i espais amplis, s'agraeix molt la terrassa frontal per fer-hi els àpats. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage der Wohnung (fußläufig c.a. 10 Minuten nach Castelsardo und zum Strand). In der Küche wurde das sofa und der Kühlschrank erneuert,sowie die Wände neu geatrichen. Man konnte problemlos zu Fuß einkaufen gehen oder abends zum Essen nach Castelsardo laufen.
