A cosy home of approximately 115 square metres, spread over three levels and capable of accommodating up to 6 people. The property, which boasts two terraces—one with a sea view—is located in the heart of Castelmola’s historic centre, ranked among Italy’s most beautiful villages, just a short walk from Mola Castle and the Piazza Sant’Antonio viewpoint, which offers a breathtaking panorama of Taormina and the sea.



The accommodation is laid out as follows:



-> GROUND FLOOR:

- KITCHEN with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, kettle, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils, and dining table;

- BATHROOM I with sink, bidet, toilet, and shower stall;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, coat rack, chest of drawers, TV, and access to the loft;

- MASONRY LOFT with a double sleeper sofa (NOT separated from the rest of the bedroom);



-> FIRST FLOOR:

- BEDROOM II with a double bed and access to Bathroom I;

- BATHROOM II with sink, bidet, toilet, and shower stall;



-> SECOND FLOOR:

- KITCHENETTE with a coffee maker and access to the terrace;

- UTILITY ROOM/LAUNDRY ROOM with toilet;

- TERRACE I with tables and chairs, featuring a spiral staircase leading to TERRACE II.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split units in the kitchen, both bedrooms, and on the second floor), heating, fan, washing machine, mosquito screens, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

A travel cot is available in the accommodation.



WARNING: Please note that there are several spiral staircases in the accommodation; exercise extra caution if travelling with children.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax (EUR 1 per person per night for the entire duration of your stay, as required by the municipality of Castelmola).

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Castelmola Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.



For all check-ins between 8:30 PM and 12:00 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

From 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM: EUR 25

From 10:30 PM to 12:00 AM: EUR 35

Check-ins after 12:00 AM cannot be arranged, even for an additional fee.



In the event of improper waste disposal in violation of the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a fine of €150 will be charged.
