"Excellent short stay in Rome. They gave us complementary drinks at the café and rooftop bar, as well as early check in. They also upgraded our room for no cost- so overall excellent stay. The breakfast was also exceptional, even though you do have to pay about €15 per person but it was well worth it. "

We got room in the end side and when we asked about help with luggage they said nothing they can do, check with security. Security guards are very helpful compared to reception staff. Wifi is a big joke, only works if we have luck"
