Located on a single floor, with three steps leading to the sleeping area, the villa includes a large living room, a state-of-the-art kitchen, two bathrooms (one in the living area and one in the sleeping area) and three double bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a double. Outside, we find a third bathroom with 2 outdoor showers, a dressing room and a large garden with a 15 x 6 meter pool, with a maximum depth of 1.5 meters and a whirlpool corner inside. The garden is cared for with local plants and includes a barbecue area with charcoal grill, a gazebo of about 70 square meters with cover for outdoor lunches for up to eight people, deck chairs and umbrellas. The villa is fully air-conditioned, equipped with WiFi included, parking in the villa and video surveillance cameras outside, as well as having an alarm system. The safe in one of the bedrooms ensures additional security.
