La villa è ubicata nella località di villeggiatura chiamata Fraginesi, in posizione tranquilla ma non isolata, a soli 5 Km dal centro di Castellammare del Golfo, 3 Km dalla spiaggia di Guidaloca e circa 8 km da Scopello.  
  
La Villa, di recente costruzione ed interamente recintata, è immersa in un grande uliveto che fa da cornice al giardino con piscina, è ideale per famiglie e piccoli gruppi in vacanza.  
  
La villa si sviluppa su due piani indipendenti ed è composta al piano terra da un ampio soggiorno climatizzato (caldo/freddo) e dotato di TV, che apre su una cucina.  
  
A completare il piano terra una camera matrimoniale, una camera doppia e un bagno con doccia.  
  
Il primo piano è composto da un soggiorno con cucina, una camera matrimoniale, una camera doppia e un bagno con doccia, una terrazza panoramica arredata.  
  
All’esterno la veranda ampia e coperta per godere della campagna in tutte le stagioni, si affaccia sulla piscina circondata dal giardino, permette rilassanti letture e piacevoli momenti all’aria aperta.
