If you’re looking for a fantastic property, right in the heart of the Sicily, with Arts, history, entertainment and so much more at your fingertips this is the perfect base for your stay.

Located in the upper part of the city, only ten minutes walk from the city center, the apartment is per day on all four sides, so it is very bright and airy.

Silvy Holiday home can accommodate up to 10 people, with two single bedroom, three large double bedrooms, two of which, if needed, can be equipped with extra beds.
Rooms are equipped with air conditioning or ceiling fan and have view to the sea or the mountains, depending on their position. The beds are fitted with comfy bedding, fresh cotton sheets and fluffy towels for that perfect relaxing sleep and will you ensure a comfortable stay.

The living area consists of:
A kitchen spacious and confortable, fully equipped and modern. It comes with a stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, teakettle and more. All pots, pans, crockery and utensils are provided so that you can benefit from the luxury of being able to prepare meals at home (basic ingredients such as olive oil, salt, pepper, spices, sugar are also available). Kitchen have direct access to a wide veranda where, if you want, you may to dine outdoors with dining table which seats six people;
A room dining / living room with dining area and a corner sofa to relax;

The apartment is served by two bathrooms independent, with shower toilet, bidet and sink. To start off your stay, complementary things as toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided. Bath towels are provided as well. A hair dyer is also included so no need to carry it.
Next to the first bathroom there is a laundry room with a washing machine.

The house is well furnished and equipped with all comforts: There is a large flat screen television, air conditioning, internet WIFI to allow you to spend a vacation serenely in a sea resort and is ideal for a party of friends or families with children.

Adjoining the house is a private and enclosed car park. Parking is included for more of 3 car.

Near the house is located (within 100 m) two large supermarkets (also open on Sundays), a tobacconist, pharmacy, takeaway food bar, pizza restaurants, bank, post office, gas station.

Besides enjoying the beautiful sea of Castellammare with sandy beaches and / or gravel, a few kilometers, you can easily reach and visit, thanks to the excellent roads, places of historical / cultural as Segesta, one of the most beautiful archaeological sites in Sicily for its extraordinary natural frame, Selinunte, Erice, Motia or even the beautiful city Palermo and areas nature as Scopello (Zingaro Nature Reserve) or spa (Segestane spa) equipped with sulphurous water pools and spa care.
