Stay in a splendid late 19th century villa, finely restored at the end of 2022 and immersed in a luxuriant Sicilian garden, with a splendid swimming pool and a terrace from which to appreciate the view of the Scopello stacks and the Zingaro Nature Reserve. The careful restoration has made it possible to preserve many characterizing elements that coordinate and combine with modern and essential furnishings, designed to guarantee discretion and comfort at the highest levels.  
The villa has four suites, divided into Sea View Suite and Country View Suite, designed for those seeking the comfort of large spaces, pervaded by light and steeped in history and romantic details, linked to the recovery of the original spaces and stone walls of the villa.  
More than 20 square meters in size, the suites have a private bathroom with large shower, designer bathroom fixtures and every accessory to make your holiday comfortable, without thinking of anything.  
The villa welcomes you in a spacious lounge area, where you can relax reading a book and drinking a good glass of Sicilian wine. In summer it is a place of pleasant refreshment during the hottest hours of the day; in winter it is a welcoming place in which to enjoy the warmth of the spaces and the stone walls.

The very large veranda makes your stay pleasant in any season, with a super panoramic dining area and a splendid and very large kitchen island with a view, equipped with high quality crockery and every kitchen tool for chef-like preparations.  
  
An internal staircase gives access to the exclusive 300m2 terrace overlooking the sea, from which you can admire the enchanting surrounding landscape and dedicate yourself to relaxation and well-being, with a sunbeds area, a lounge area overlooking the pool and towards the sea, a dining area, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and fitness area with latest generation Technogym equipment.

Home was exactly as presented online! Absolutely beautiful-modern aesthetic but still cozy and comforting. We could not get enough of the top terrace! The views were stunning, furniture was comfortable and the outdoor kitchen was perfect for grilling. It was a great place to relax and absorb the Sicilian countryside. The weather did not allow for swimming but the pool was pristine and very inviting. If you have the opportunity, have the classic Sicilian dinner available through the host! You will know you are in a place that revers their culture. Delicious! We stepped in the door of this home and knew we were on vacation. Grazie, Grazie Valentina and Ilario.
