The house consists of 2 newly renovated bedrooms equipped with new furniture and appliances with private bathrooms. The renovations completed in August 2017, offer a comfortable and modern environment for an ideal holiday environment. The ground floor room has a well-equipped kitchenette, and a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. It is air-conditioned, with a flat-screen TV and satellite channels. It is a 5 minute drive from the sandy beach and a quarter of an hour from Scopello and from the Riserva dello Zingaro a 30 minutes .. The first floor room is a quadruple and consists of a double bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom Private, air conditioning and TV with satellite channels and a balcony. On the second floor there is a mansard with a double bed and a small kitchenette and can accommodate 1 or 2 people. The bathroom can be shared with the first Floor or the ground floor and the environment is also air-conditioned. There is a small terrace where you can see the Arab Norman castle and the sea. You do not need the car to move around because the house is all about bar, restaurant, pubs, pizzerias, pharmacy banks, post office and various shops is in the middle of the nightlife castellammarese. Above all there is less than 50 meters the municipal villa where there is a beautiful view of the gulf. At about 18 km there is Segesta with its amphitheater, where classical performances (Greek tragedies) take place in summer, and its majestic temple. A car can be rented at the airport. It is possible to rent a raft, a motorboat or a boat by the fisherman and take a tour of the gulf or take a mini-cruise with the ships and reach San Vito or the Egadi islands. In short, the location of the house is great to move and rediscover the beauty of the country.
