Relaxing Holiday Apartment

This 45-square-meter apartment features a small terrace on the same level; it consists of a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower stall. A place where you can spend your holiday in complete relaxation!! Bright and comfortable, it is located on the ground floor of Villa Anna, a private summer residence situated in a quiet and exclusive residential area, the Zona Lago, surrounded by olive groves and orchards, about 300 metres from one of the most beautiful beaches in the Cilento National Park, 3.2 km from the centre of Santa Maria and at the foot of a hill on which stands Castellabate, one of Italy’s most beautiful ancient villages, designated an UNESCO World Heritage Site.<br>It was here in 1811 that Joachim Murat, King of Naples, in the presence of such beauty, uttered the phrase, “No one dies here.” In 2009, scenes from the famous Italian film “Benvenuti al Sud” were filmed in the narrow streets of Castellabate and along the coast between Santa Maria and San Marco.<br>Santa Maria is bordered by a wonderful marine protected area stretching from Punta del Tresino to Punta Licosa—a paradise for diving enthusiasts as well.<br><br>The apartment, ideal for couples, friends, and families, features:<br>a small ground-level terrace where you can relax while enjoying aperitifs at sunset, dinners, and fine wine;<br><br>a kitchen that opens directly onto the terrace, perfect for cooking delicious meals to enjoy outdoors with friends or family.<br>The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and an oven;<br><br>a modern bedroom, furnished with a very comfortable large double bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe with a chest of drawers, nightstands complete with lighting, and a mirror. The room has a window overlooking the villa.<br><br>The smaller bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable queen-size sofa bed (150x200 cm), a wardrobe with a chest of drawers, a mirror, and a small side table. Comfortable for both a couple of adults and two children;<br><br>a living room furnished with a space-saving table, a comfortable sofa, and a TV set;<br><br>a spacious bathroom with a window, fully equipped with all amenities, featuring a large shower stall (70x105 cm); <br><br>a state-of-the-art washing machine, for the exclusive use of guests, <br>located in a covered area outside the unit on the ground floor of the villa.<br><br>Free parking is available inside the Villa; guests will have one parking space at their disposal.<br><br>To access the apartment, you must climb a flight of stairs.<br><br>Guests will have access to an outdoor shower (with hot water) located on the ground floor of the Villa, which is shared with the owners. In Santa Maria, there are three seaside promenades, as well as green, flat, and hilly areas.<br>For those who love the sea: you can enjoy water sports, diving, and rent boats to spend days at sea in the waters of the Punta Licosa Nature Reserve and the nearby bay of Ogliastro Marina.<br><br>To visit Castellabate, its coastal hamlets, and the nearby towns in the Cilento National Park, we recommend travelling by car or motorcycle.
