Modern independent villa in a residential area, at just 140 meters from the sea. The elegant villa is built over two levels: on the ground floor we find the large living area, furnished with two sofas and smart TV, then the equipped kitchen, the dining room, a double bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower; in the basement we find a second double bedroom, a triple bedroom (double bed and single bed) and a second bathroom. The garden and the porch equipped with motorized awnings offer moments of pure relaxation and it is possible to have lunch and dinner outdoors in contact with nature.
