Great, clean, cozy rooms! The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and well staffed. The attached restaurant had great, authentic Italian food and felt like I was not in a hotel. :)

Very expensive for the quality of the rooms. The bed and the pillow was good, but all the room was really old and outdated. There's a bar next to the hotel, but not inviting. Staff was friendly.

Cheap and nasty experience

We booked here at shortish notice as our original plans for Bologna fell through. The B&B hotel was quite cheap and looked OK as a a place to stay for a few days. A bit on the spartan side, but ok for the money. The area around it is not great, in an industrial estate with abandoned-looking vehicles. I was worried about parking nearby, but had no problems in the end. However, we left after just one night. The fire alarm woke us up at 3am and kept going for a long time. No response from staff, no visit from the local emergency services. We felt unsafe and didn't want to stay any longer. Avoid!

Si trova in una zona industriale dove sono presenti auto abbandonate e spazzatura. La camera non era in buono stato, rovinata e poco pulita. Sconsigliato.

Ottimo servizio e camere spaziose e confortevoli. Colazione varia e abbondante La posizione non è centrale (15 min in macchina dal centro di Bologna) ma vicino alla tangenziale e quindi comodo per arrivare e ripartire Consigliato
