It was meticulously, clean and neat. Really appreciated the designated parking spot and the washer and dryer in the unit. They communicated really well, which was also an added bonus.While some of the neighbors are eccentric, everything was perfectly to our liking. The front screen door was broken, so we had to step over the apparatus to get in and out, but the owner was aware that the door was broken prior to our arrival.
