"Pros: Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, hat zwei schöne Bäder und eine wunderbare schattige Terrasse, von der man ins Grüne schaut, tagsüber ab und zu die Schafe nebenan und abends die Wildschweine hören kann. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einem abgeschiedenen Weiler. Es sind ausreichend Liegestühle vorhanden, um im Garten zu entspannen. Die Klimaanlage im Haus funktioniert bestens. "We had the best time in this beautiful place! The location is absolutely stunning — the garden, house, pool, and everything was perfect and very clean. Tamara is super friendly and kind; she even brought us fresh bread every morning and sold us her delicious honey! Her two dogs are also very sweet and added to the warm, welcoming vibe of the place. The space is very spacious and a truly beautiful corner of nature that you must see.Thank you again, Tamara, for everything!"

"This refurbished cottage is a hidden gem, surrounded by fruit trees on a hillside facing Siena. You’ll need a car — it s about a 5-minute drive on a steep, narrow, winding road to get to the stores by the freeway. The cottage was bigger than we were expecting, with a small but well-equipped kitchen. The host turned on the AC in anticipation of our arrival. There are two bedrooms on the main floor with AC, and a fourth bed in a loft."

"We had a lovely night stay at this villa in September. It is a 900 year-old hunting lodge that has been converted to spacious rooms many with balconies. The views are incredible, the rooms have been renovated with character fixtures, but includes excellent air-conditioning. The view from the pool was out of a storybook. Staff was attentive and very nice to deal with. The grounds have endless opportunities for photos at every turn. Try to explore the grounds a little - including the painters studio with is exquisite. It has only been open four months so there are a few bugs but overall, the stay was excellent. The one area they need to improve however is the food. The selections are pretty limited and the quality was not to the standard of the property. My recommendation is have the breakfast on site and lunch by the pool, but try the surrounding towns for dinner. Castellini in Chianti is a small town 15 minutes away with great choices. One Belvedere and their sister property Locanda are both within 2 kms and have high end dining. Overall I highly recommend this villa for a unique Tuscan experience."

"We enjoyed our stay. The pool, hotel grounds and location were truly amazing. The food was okay but we enjoyed eating off site more. The farmhouse is very quaint and charming. You can hear others in the farmhouse. It was luxurious in many ways and more basic in other ways. But all together a wonderful stay. I would recommend for sure."

"Beautiful property close to San Gimignano historic center. Loved having option to have all meals here. Breakfast was way more expensive than other hotels so just had breakfast in town. But other meals were reasonably priced. If they would step up their game a bit (more pillows, seating in rooms, provide wine glasses and opener, cozy it up a bit with amenities), they could easily be a 4 star because the property itself is certainly 4 star."
