Staff were friendly, brekfast was great and overall an fantastic experience. Close to the centre and just a 10min walk from everything, with a beautiful courtyard too. The instructions given prior were clear, the hotel staff were very informative and helpful. The room was clean and had a nice view of the countryside. Breakfast was included in the stay and was good. The hotel was situated close to the duomo and the piazza del campo.
