The holiday home Podere le Rote is located in Castelnuovo di Val di Cecina and is the ideal place for a relaxing getaway. The 250 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, TV, fan, washing machine, books, and toys for children. A ping pong table is also available for your enjoyment. A cot and high chair are provided. Please note, there is no air conditioning. The private outdoor area includes a swimming pool, garden, barbecue, and playground.



The pool is open from May to the end of September, depending on weather conditions. The surrounding area offers many activities, such as horseback riding and Italian cooking classes. Three parking spaces are available on the property. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Babysitting service is available on request.



Homemade products are offered. Upon request, traditional Tuscan dinners with produce from the property’s garden and local ingredients can be arranged. Fresh bread is available daily. We had the best time in this beautiful place! The location is absolutely stunning — the garden, house, pool, and everything was perfect and very clean. Tamara is super friendly and kind; she even brought us fresh bread every morning and sold us her delicious honey! Her two dogs are also very sweet and added to the warm, welcoming vibe of the place. The space is very spacious and a truly beautiful corner of nature that you must see.Thank you again, Tamara, for everything!
