Great hotel! Nice staff! Clean and comfortable bed! The bathroom doesn’t have enough lighting. And be prepared to pay 5€ for espresso at the lobby when elsewhere it is 1-2€

This is a very nice hotel with all the amenities you need for your stay in Casablanca. It’s walking distances to all your tourist attractions or short uber drive to same. Close to train station to Marrekish, Rabat and Tangier Hotel breakfast is $260MAD, you can get a lot of food in Morocco for this price. Grocery store is just around the corner. Very convenient location.

Beautiful lobby Front desk staff was terrific The young lady that works the morning shift at the front desk is a diamond. I had a challenge with my tour and she went above and beyond to support me. Not only her assistance, but her empathy, care and kind nature are truly appreciated! The bed was so hard and one of the worse that I have ever experienced. While the lobby is well appointed, the room was very basic. Nice soap in the bathroom / restrooms throughout The restaurant staff was fantastic. Very attentive and helpful at both the morning and evening shifts. Location is wonderful. Steps away from another of trams. Only 3 short stops from Casa Voyagers (the regional train station) or 3 stops from the United Nations Square / Souks / Cafe Du France. Only 2 trm stops of a ver short walk to Central Market. Also a very walkable area.

The lobby was nice; the bathrooms were dark with 1 bulb, not enough light to see in the mirror. The hallway was dark; don’t recommend for solo women. The hotel faces a contraction site & area smells like the sewer. The staff is very kind. Property is a 2 star

The front desk staff was amazing, especially Doinau from the morning shift. She went way above and beyond to make my stay perfect. Up until I checked in I wasn’t feeling good about my trip to Casablanca, these individuals are amazing and you can tell they love their jobs.

Was a great place to stay. Outside there were some renovations to a stadium which made the place hard to access. The lobby was modern and spotless. Rooms were clean and maintained for the most part. Older hotel but excellent condition.

Ich habe das Hotel Occidental aufgrund der guten Bewertungen ausgewählt. Außerdem war es mir wichtig, zentral in der Stadt zu wohnen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und bot für jeden Geschmack etwas. Auch den Wellnessbereich kann ich nur empfehlen. Einen Punktabzug gibt es jedoch wegen eines nächtlichen Feueralarms. Zunächst wussten wir nicht, dass der Alarm im Nachbargebäude ausgelöst worden war, und mussten um 3 Uhr morgens im Pyjama auf die Straße gehen. Im Anschluss hätte ich mir von der Geschäftsführung eine Entschuldigung gewünscht leider blieb diese aus.

I was shocked to learn that a room was let to us opposite what might be the largest demolition of a major sports stadium yards from the hotel. The noise on our first morning at 7.30 in the morning was deafening. It was not so loud on other mornings. Certainly not what you expect from such a hotel, in all other respects. Everything else about the hotel was lovely.
