The staff was very nice, breakfast was ok standard. however This property isnt a 4STAR hotel, more like a 1 STAR the pool area was ok. Especially if your coming from the USA we have higher standards in the states so its a NO for me in the future. This hotel wouldn't pass inspection to according to US Standards

The property need to be rehabilitated, it is a nice hotel but old. The Staff have been very kind and helpful especially the lady at the reception she was very professional with a strong customer service skill

It's near the Tramway and very easy to commute. There are number of cafes and restaurants around the hotel. The hotel also serves a fixed menu buffet dinner. The time are very spacious but the do need renovations.

My room was excellent. Big window and comfortable bed. Shower was great. Only issue was outside the hotel. A lot of yelling and fighting going on throughout the night, but not the hotels issue. Everything is very walkable from the hitel. Staff very friendly

Very central location , only 10 min walj from train station and Medina, 40 min from airport, large rooms, clean new luxury bed linen, argan oik toiletries, hair dryer, good breakfast with omlets, creps, steam vegy, pirrage, croisants, danish pastries , eggs, vefy fresh salads, fruit salads. Lots of hot water, rain shower, bide. Reception staff very helpfull. All stay great. ll return again in Imperial Casablanca hotel.

One week staying there was only supportable, because we were upgraded on the second day to a suite due to my complaints. Breakfast is uneatable.The place is falling to pieces, noisy and in a trashy part of down town. Good rating for the front desk and parking staff, they were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean but shame it is dated and does not look the best. The air con and fridge in our room did not work and no remote for the dated tv. The pictures on the website are quite old! Breakfast was ok but I would have rather gone out if I knew what what was on offer before. Basic is an understatement in a horrible settle. Location was fab. Tram stop just around the corner so everywhere easily accessible.

Hotel is advertised as 4 stars and on their website it says "luxury hotel". Nothing luxurious about this hotel. Run down, dirty, carpets were stained, our room had no towels and we had to hunt the reception people to get 3 towels for 2 people ( 2 medium, one small) 2 days after check-in. The pillows were small and uncomfortable, not to mention the pillow cases looked dirty. Thanks God we travelled with our own bedding set. The furniture outdated, the door for the bathroom was off track and my husband fixed it and the shelves inside the closet had so much dust on them. The reception people just not cared and seemed annoyed by us or the other guests. None asked if they can help us with the luggages upstairs.I hope management sees this review and maybe takes a quick walk to Radisson hotel 2 minutes down the street to see what means to be in the hospitality business. It's like a difference from sky to earth. From accomodation to cleaness to restaurant /food & service. This hotel will not even qualify for 2 stars per US standards.
