Hotel refused to provide free breakfast. There were no towels in the room. It took multiple requests and 5 hours of waiting to get a towel. The receptionist was rude and said she was busy with paperwork and she didn’t have time to find a towel for. She told me to wait and do not bother her. Glass window was missing, the room could have been easily accessed from a balcony on the second floor, so it felt like sleeping on the street at tonight with all street noise and complete lack of security. The hotel is my absolute worst experience. I asked why was this not made clear when I made the booking-no answer given. My booking stated a complimentary breakfast was included with the tariff however at the hotel I was told that I had to pay for breakfast...??? Når jeg kommer til hotellet får jeg at vide at de overhovedet ikke serverer morgenmad eller anden form for mad. Så misinformation er der også. Jeg betalte for morgenmad som jeg overhovedet ikke fik. My wife and I had terrible experience in this Hotel. I would suggest hotel.com to remove this hotel from their listing as i trusted this site and depended on it. We went to the room and started coughing as it was damp and humid and dirty. The blankets gave us itch all over the body and could not sleep, woke up sneezing and coughing. My wife had red marks all over the body. We had to go to reception 4 times to get towel, soap and toilet paper as there was none or used. The reception guy does not know manner and such an idiot.
