Cozy studio not overlooked with a superb unobstructed view of the port of Casablanca and the Casa Port train station. Located on the sixth floor of a building built in 1953, witness to the French touch in Morocco. The apartment meets all the conditions for a pleasant stay. All the furniture is new, much of it imported directly from France. Double glazing throughout the apartment to bring calm and comfort. There is a 4K TV with Arab and world satellite channels, the essential wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave with grill option, fridge, washing machine, gas stove, oven, Delonghi coffee machine, blender, ...
