We had no issue with communication- we had one question and they responded within 5 minutes. It is a very large apartment with two bedrooms and large kitchen so was perfect for travelling with two teens. It had air conditioning and was very quiet and felt secure. The two pools were warm and nice to swim and relax by. We arrived and found the property close by everything inside the wall , very clean and large in size. I’d recommend this to anyone planning on coming to Cartagena. The only problem we had was a confusion of the address with google maps. Once we found the building after 15 minutes of driving around, everything went perfect. Transport was arranged by front desk and was waiting on us at checkout. After an international flight you expect hotels to accommodate their guests as much as possible. Upon arrival we had to wait hours before they let us in. We knew the apartment was already clean and empty and other guests told us they made them wait until 3 as well although their rooms were ready and empty. Super bad administrative staff! Kiddos to the security guard and other staff who were very nice and patient with us and the guests who complained about their laundry not working and admin not responding to them. No one we talked to on the phone was able to solve my problem and I had to shower elsewhere and come back to the property paying about 100 to be able to make it on time to an event. Loved the apartment but we said we would never go back because of terrible admin.
