Not extremely clean, but not dirty either. Great view, and very spacious room! All 3 elevators were working during out stay. You need to sign off on a long list of items in the apartment on check-in. A really long list. Room was worn out: floor tiles in the shower were old and broken, shower head was old. Wooden panels looked like from the 70s, not all doors would close properly. Could do with a renovation. Kitchen was well equipped. Curtains in the bedroom do not keep out a lot of light, so if you need total darkness to sleep - beware. Close to the beach. I’ve been to Columbia nine times now and I don’t speak Spanish and very few people speak English so it was very nice that she made the effort to communicate with me when we checked in there was a Super long page to check to make sure everything was there when we checked out she was stressed about the lighter was missing which was only a two dollar lighter so I went across the street and bought a lighter so she would stop stressing about it but they charged us for Dirty in the towels and the bedsheets, but that is part of the stay of a resort usually, I’ve been traveling for 50 years and I’ve never had this. I travel all over the world and cruise ships. There were some cockroaches in the unit so they need to spray for cockroaches.
