This Condo is a little piece of paradise. It is exactly as pictured but better. Everything you need is there. The balcony is wonderful and at floor 30 there was always a breeze to keep you comfortable. Location is great. There are restaurants, bars, grocery stores and a casino all within 5 or 6 easy walking blocks. The beach is right across the street and a beautiful pool on the roof. ##### Nancy K. Pros: This property was in a great location, very walkable area. We felt very safe, security was tight, doors were kept locked after certain hours and a guard was there 24/7 to let you in and out. Cons: Really only one the bathroom had a sewage like smell from a drain located in there. They attempted to fix it but it only helped slightly. I didn’t complain further because it only bothered me, my roommate didn’t seem as affected by it. Overall the place was beautiful and the pool was amazing! ##### Candy J.
