After a few glitches getting in and a learning curve, we quite enjoyed our stay on the 16th floor. The apartment was good. The kitchen is way too small for 4 adults who like to cook but we worked it out. The AC made July in Cartagena quite bearable. The beaches close to the Hilton weren't too crowded. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. The walled Historic City is a quick 15,000 COP ride away. The pool is not available to visitors. Our last night the electricity went out for 1/2 of Laguito. Thankfully we were in the apartment and did NOT have to climb 16 flights of stairs!! ##### Pamela P.
