A one of a kind property! This maid-serviced apartment is located in the ancient city center of World's Heritage colonial Cartagena de Indias. This Pent House boasts 360 degrees magnificent views over the Caribbean and the most important City monuments, Castillo de San Felipe, Cathedral, the University old Tower, etc, etc. The ocean is so near that you can hear the waves leaping the beach.
While still an apartment, the only one located on the top floor of the building, the property really feels like a single family house, as it is surrounded by your own terraces of 900 sq. m ( 10,000 sq. feet ) and an additional private roof-deck of 260 sq. m. ( 2800 sq. feet ) accesible from your own living-room. On this roof deck there is a built-in private small infinity shallow pool from where you can enjoy the most fabulous Caribbean sunsets.
The apartment has massive built-in gardens throughout where flowers blossom literally every day.
The PH is fully furnished, with internet connection, 84´ smart TV, Wash and Dryer, fully equipped kitchen, linen, etc, etc.
Other amenities include a castle-view outdoor Jacuzzi, imbedded on teak deck, and three gazebos plus outdoor cushioned platforms and beds.
Last but not least the PH includes two maids, one a live-in who cleans and can prepare your breakfast if you do the shopping.

Beautiful Penthouse in Cartagena
This property is fantastic! Alberto, the owner, is super responsive and a pleasure to do business with. Ana, the live in house keeper/cook, is very kind and helpful. The location can't be beat! Definitely highly recommend the property!

Exceeded expectations
The terrace of this place was a godsend. Cartagena tends to be very hot and humid year round, and we were fortunate to have this beautiful, spacious, and verdant third floor terrace along with the 4th floor terrace wading pool for cooling off during the day. The breeze was amazing and the choices of where to sit or lay around were endless. The terrace was so large, there were times we couldn't find each other- We were a group of 6 and while the second bedroom was smaller than expected, they accommodated us by arranging a fold out sofa in the master bedroom (which was huge!) and comfortably slept 4. Bedrooms had great A/C and the bathrooms were bright and fun to shower in. We actually never sat inside the apartment because the terrace was breezy and had amazing views. Ana and Nicholas were amazing and kind. Ana made us delicious breakfasts and fresh juice every day we asked and she made us an awesome arroz de coco with garlic shrimp for lunch one day. We stayed for 9 nights, and really had difficulties leaving the property every day since it was so amazing. Half of us had been to Cartagena before, so we knew what to expect in terms of location and were familiar with the city walled interiors. It's an easy 10-15 minute walk to the farthest corners of the wall, and our favorite place la cevecheria was just minutes away. There is a new mall close by with good atms. the mall is actually a pretty amazing structure inside and has some great places to eat and also has a spectacular rooftop view. There is a large supermarket just a long block away and a convenient bodega in the building. My only recommendation is to upgrade the pool just a little bit. a lot of stones, and tiles were showing a bit of wear and the lounge chairs seemed worn and one was broken- however, being able to cool down whenever you needed was a plus that outweighed the pool condition. I highly recommend staying here, after looking at other properties in cartagena, there are not many that are on the 4th floor or right by the ocean which is key to be able to have a breeze and a beautiful view.
