The apartment is 3 blocks from Bocagrande and Castillogrande beaches with all kinds of water activities, jet skiing, kite surfing and more. Perfect location on a quiet residential street in Bocagrande with low car traffic away from crowds and noises.. Safe to bike, jog or have a nice relaxed walk around the bay. At the same time everything you need is walking distance, supermarkets, restaurants, convenience stores and shopping plazas. If you walk around at night, you will find closeby places such as lounges, casinos, outside cafes and all kinds of entertainment to have a fun vacation. Baby and toddler friendly. Perfect for a family or group of friends vacation. Long stays are welcome THE SPACE Spacious living and dining room area with sliding doors give access to a large furnished terrace where you can spend time together as a group. A balcony and also a get together family room surrounded by the 3 bedrooms. Every room has been upgraded and decorated with new modern furniture. Utility area with washing machine. Covered garage and an additional parking space. Every bedroom has blockout blinds and top of the line mattresses so you can enjoy a great night sleep.
