"The check-in staff was super nice and personable! Loved the rooftop terrace and other amenities. The hotel was clean and very welcoming with a beachfront location. The only thing I would know is that the hotel does not provide washcloth towels. I had my own, but I wanted to point that out for anyone who may find that important!"

"Excellent accommodation with great amenities. Make sure you book superior rooms (more modern and bigger). Buffet breakfast has great variety of local food and staff is friendly. A big recognition to Eduardo, he makes sure you have a fantastic stay. The road to the beach it's not the best and the location is 20 minutes to the downtown ($30.000 pesos) but is peaceful and calm."

"This hotel was amazing. The staff was so welcoming and the rooms were clean. I have no bad reviews for this hotel. We went during the World Cup and they had a big screen by the pool area to watch it. The breakfast was great!. 10/10 experience. Definitely recommend and will be coming back."

"Thanks for such a wonderful stay! We had a wonderful time and our only regret is that we couldn’t extend our stay for a few more nights! Every member of staff that we encountered was kind and helpful! The pool was great and we loved all of the meals that we had at Alma (we had breakfast, lunch and dinner). This hotel is a truly remarkable oasis!"
