"Our stay at Mood Matuna was incredible, largely thanks to the exceptional staff who went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our visit was perfect. The residence itself is beautiful, offering a fantastic blend of charm and comfort, and the location could not be better for exploring the best of Cartagena. On top of that, the food was absolutely amazing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great stay/experience!"

"Staffing was pleasant and welcoming, the Restaurant food was really good, and premises overall clean. The rooms need a little updating and make sure that they give u enough towels, yes…we are a family of 4 and it was very disappointing that we have to call EVERY DAY to give us towels and that was not including hand or face towels…one day they only left 1 towel which it blew my mind and really got us very upset."

"Excelente location ! Just a few steps to the beach . Unlike other sections of Cartagena this area is not inundated with vendors so it was an enjoyable experience . The views from the room were amazing. Staff was friendless and helpful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options . We will be back for sure"

"I like the resort. The staff at the restaurant, especially one waitress, Jhorce, in the Cafe was super amazing taking care of us with constant smile, excellent manner and over-the-top service. We were honestly pampered. The food was great with light salt unlike food in the States. I only have a couple concerns with the resort where in early September the place was too hot. AC was only available in our room and one restaurant, Portofino. The restrooms could have been refreshed a bit. Aside from those two things, it is worth visiting."
