"This hotel has almost everything you need including a good restaurant. Our room was nice enough, but the air conditioning was definitely not up to standard. It was feeezing set at 67 when we arrived and became humid and unpleasant if you set the temperature higher. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was ridiculous and collapsed with almost every use. The work out facility was nice, clean and offered options. However, the earbuds provided for use on the Pelaton were not long enough to sit upright on the bike. Also, the seat of the Pelaton was wrecked, unstable and made the workout even more difficult. We enjoyed a nice dinner in the restaurant and found the staff friendly."

"The property was amazing and anything you could think of was there. It truly felt like a home away from home. It stormed pretty bad the one day and the power went out but they thankfully had a back up generator so we could continue our family fun. Every little detail was perfect down to the box of cookies left for our family. We can’t thank Rose and Brian enough for a great weekend getaway!!"

"We enjoyed another rejuvenating stay at Home on the Hill! As always, the homeis clean, well-stocked with anything you may need, relaxing and comfortable! The pool is a favorite and was enjoyed every day the weather afforded the opportunity! We enjoy the privacy of the pool and the breath-taking sunset views from the deck.We always enjoy a night out at the Towpath Tavern for dinner and drinks. The CanalStreet Diner is a favorite for breakfast. Their homemade bread is a must! This is, byfar, one of our favorite vacation destinations! Thank you for another great stay, Trista and Matt!"
